“Pilgrimage calls us to be attentive to the divine at work in our lives through deep listening, patience, opening ourselves to the gifts that arise in the midst of discomfort, and going out to our own inner wild edges to explore new frontiers.”

~ Christine Valters Painter

Having just returned from my fifth Camino, I am filled with gratitude. A group of 19 Pilgrims came together to walk a portion of this sacred path, the Camino de Santiago.

I am always amazed at the perfection of the group as we journey together. We became a family, loving and supporting each other with many twists, turns and miracles along the way. And yes I do mean miracles, miracles of love, of letting go, and of transformation.

It is a brave journey, an outer journey that mirrors our inner journey. Each pilgrimage that I undertake, I feel more open, more accepting, releasing, surrendering, and unlocking deeper parts of my soul, allowing the mystery and love of life to reveal itself to me.

I am fortunate to be leading another group in September, same route, but the June and September Camino’s are very different. June is the end of spring and the beginning of summer with many gorgeous wildflowers and light until 11 o’clock at night. September is harvest time, the days are shorter so we get to see more of the beautiful lights in the evening, the leaves are changing and ripe grapes are ready to be picked and made into the delicious wines of the region.

I can’t wait to see what the next one brings!

Thanks for being here, if you are called, there are still a few spots open for September.

Love, Jennifer
