Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson isn’t just a travel enthusiast, she’s a pathfinder for fearless explorers seeking adventures beyond the tourist traps. At age 16, she embarked on her first international trip to Mexico in an effort to overcome the fear and self doubt she felt as an adolescent. Fortunately, it not only did that, but it launched an independent streak that changed the trajectory of her life. She began taking international trips as a solo woman, including a pilgrimage across the famous Camino De Santiago. Throughout her 500-mile journey, she forged lifelong bonds, memories, and confidence. Her desire to share this life-changing experience with others prompted her to lead her first group trip of 12 people across the Camino. After that, she infused her earlier Culinary degree, a secondary passion, into her trips for a well rounded and memorable experience.

Today, Jennifer is known as the Chef on a Quest, who provides inspired and curated travel for independent women and couples who are seeking bold new adventures and experiences. Jennifer immerses you in history, divine inspiration, and savory cuisine, with help from local experts. She leads each trip with expertise & enthusiasm, and with the help of her culinary background, she encourages her fellow travelers to expand their epicurean horizons. Her thorough research empowers customers to navigate new countries with ease and cultivate cultural confidence. She’s highly recognized for her personalized trips, so you can forget cookie-cutter tours and get ready to explore with a whole new mindset.
